Dandy Dab

Cloudy straw colour no carbonation. Not a great deal on the nose. Easy drinking cider. Slightly watery texture. Not a dry or sweet cider but slightly tanic hint of bitterness at the end giving a slight drying sensation. Very inoffensive cider. It is a nice good cider but won't blow your socks off. Bought at The Bell Hanger Chepstow

Single variety, golden, medium, slight haze, quite fruity.

Went very well with a pork casserole!

Light gold, slightly hazy and still. Apple peel aroma. Slightly sweet, a little sour. A pleasant drink.

A smoky aftertaste accompanies this session strength cider. It's flavour strikes you the moment it collides with your taste buds. Though listed as a medium it leans towards dry with a hint of bitterness that doesn't ruin the taste but adds to it. Recommended if you like Black Dragon or The General and want something weaker.
