Clear copper colored pour. Strong carbonation that leaves off-white lacing. Smooth, light and easy drinking with some caramel and peach flavor. Semi-sweet. Light bitterness. Hint of tea-like tannins.

Imported by French Cider Inc. of Seattle WA. This cider was produced in an area in between the Normandy and Brittany regions in France, from cider apples.  Semi-sweet to semi-dry.  Lower carbonation and tannins than the other two I tried at the same time at Cider Summit Seattle from this importer (Lefevre Cidre Brut and Pierre Huet Cidre Bouche Brut).  Clean (no funk) and no sourness, which is unusual for a Normandy French cider.  Retails for $5-6 / 330ml bottle.
