This is from a brand new cidery in Snohomish WA. $12.77 / 750ml. Described a semi-dry sparkling cider from dessert apples, partially aged in oak rum barrels. I'd call this Farmhouse-style, and a bit Sidra-esque. Very sharp and mouth-puckering with very high carbonation, tartness, and acidity. Notes of lemon, grapefruit, lime, mineral, and floral. No noticeable oak or rum flavor. Long warming finish. I had been expecting a more easy to drink cider; I wish they had noted the style on the label (although the description on their website at least mentions "rustic").
