Pleasant enough cider from Yorkshire. Apparently this is made from a blend of apples grown exclusively in Thornborough's own orchard and the exact ratio of each apple type is changed each year. Strong tart aroma, but the taste is just this side of dry so as to not be unpleasant and at 6.5% a perfect session drink for a long hot summer
