Slightly hazy straw colored pour. Light to moderate carbonation. Moderate wild apple nose. Light bodied. Lightly tart taste with a good bit of wild apple flavor backed by notes of horseblanket/funk and lime. Moderate acidity.

Love this cider! Fruity, but not overly sweet, and the earthiness makes it interested to drink. I could see this becoming a regular favorite, as it would pair well with a lot of foods.

Not crazy for this. Doesn’t seem like an apple cider. It reminds me of grapefruit citrusy Cider. Like it says, will drink if required.
