Mellow aroma and scent. Gentle, muted straw color. Very clean taste with little fruit flavor at the start. As it builds it gains golden delicious apple notes mixed with green grapes. Very light aftertaste of bitter flowers for some reason. Dry, and astringent. Pretty good.

This was an ok cider, not great. Not great because: It’s supposed to be a dry cider, but it isn’t. It is sweeter than expected, but less flavorful than other Drys I have had. Still, it did a great job to use with a Morris dance today. ☺️
