Elderberry

Very dark and rich purple color, I was afraid it would be very sweet. It's actually dry, with a fairly light delicate taste. The elderberry does not overwhelm at all. It adds a nice note to the cider in balance with the apple.

This is surprisingly dry- when it was poured I thought it would be thicker and sweeter. But the flavor is dry and light although the colour is a deep violet. This is the second Bellingham cider I’ve tried recently that makes a really good drink.
