Clean taste, almost clear colour. Though it's bouquet suggests a semi sweet apple, it's definitely a dry with a light taste. Would go with anything.

The pour is a clear pale yellow pour. It’s almost silver. The aroma is clean slightly fruity. The taste is clean tart and slightly apple. It has some astringency. The mouthfeel is light. It’s a really good crisp and tart cider. I really enjoy it and it makes me want to bottle the Newtown Pippin ciders I have aging in my closet!

Clear pale straw colored pour. Heavy carbonation. Strong fruit aroma. Moderate acidity. Moderate-to-strong crisp apple flavor that is moderately tart and astringent with lots of tannic presence and a hint of funk. Crisp. Light bodied.
