Golden clear moderate light fizz. Light fresh fruit aroma. Caramel in flavour. Soft mouthfeel and smooth.

Under the nose you can smell apples. But that’s about it. This bronze cider, with little fizz, is an organic cider that’s certainly fruity - I’ll give it that - with a refreshing taste and is slap bang in the middle of medium in terms of taste. It’s sweet and tasty with hints of brown sugar and light caramel. In terms of length it’s fairly medium with a smooth entry that thins out and lingers. There’s a hint of dryness in the aftertaste which counterbalances the initial (and fairly sharp) sweetness. The taste isn’t very complex - in fact, it’s quite simple and that’s not a bad thing, it’s just that it gives the cider and ‘easy drinking’ feel. It’s very pleasant, drinkable and at only 5%ABV, it isn’t going to take your legs away or send you to the funny farm! I could easily drink this all night as it’s fairly thin and won’t knock you out. I was hoping for more in terms of flavour so therefore I’ll give it a 3/5 as it’s not bad - but it is my brilliant either. What I would say is that it’s a very pleasant cider, easy drinking and with sales donating to the Prince of Wales Charitable Fund - I’ll drink to that!

I like it. Judge summed it up perfectly. I would have it few times in a night but all night would be a bit too... caramel-ish
