Dead & Berried from Hawkes Cidery Lack of choice at a festival forced me to try what I already knew I didn't like...Non apple cider. This has all the trappings of a soft drink with alcohol. When did we stop calling them alchohpops? I had a single mouth full and could go no further. Hawkes can be proud of their invention....but it's not for me. Apples only for this fella! Henry Westons Vintage 2021 from Westons Cider Very tasty! It has a great balance of fruity sweetness and dryness. It has a good body and at 8.2% it packs a pretty good punch. It's nearly too drinkable! Be warned... it's a beast! Reviewed on 13 Jul 2022 6 likes

Ecusson from Cidrerie de Livarot Nothing to write home about here. It's a Bio Cider. Not sure what that means... Organic? It's pleasant, drinkable French style cider. For the price it is as good as the next one but doesn't rise above the herd. Reviewed on 18 Jan 2023 5 likes

Orchard thieves from Heiniken (Ireland) This seems to be the same as the UK version. Made by Heineken (Ireland). It tastes the same as you would expect. Again it is very tasty and am happy to drink it in any country. Reviewed on 13 Nov 2021 5 likes

Ye Olde English from Gaymer Cider Company I am also having this for the first time since the early 90s and it is pretty bland. It is nothing to write home about. a bit on the sweet side but also a little watery. I am getting quite a bit of acid to it and don't think it is worth it. Cornish Orchard Dry Cider from Cornish Orchards Top marks to the marketing department at Cornish orchards... this cider has no complexity, bite or taste worthy of the price tag. I would rather an own brand 2ltr for the money as there was not much of a difference to my taste but there is nothing wrong with it and it is very drinkable. Reviewed on 02 Nov 2021 5 likes

Inch’s Medium Apple Cider from Inch's Basic. There is no wow in this drinkable cider. I feel it is on the sweet side of medium. The apple taste feels contrived. One now and again is nice but it is not a big night cider. Reviewed on 22 Aug 2021 5 likes
