Elderflower & Cucumber

Almost colourless, but with a hint of lime green coloration. Delicate, but distinct aroma of elderflower. The elderflower flavour dominates, and tastes natural, whilst the cucumber adds a sharpness, particularly in the aftertaste, which balances the sweetness of the other ingredients. I was very sceptical before tasting this, but was pleasantly surprised. Nicely balanced and refreshing. One of the better elderflower ciders I've tried.

Fizzy, almost clear with an unsurprising considering the ingredients green tinge. It’s sweet but lacks a cider flavour it’s more a fruit cordial, pleasant enough but no winner for me.
