Yellow in colour, clear and lightly sparkling. Fresh but slightly woody aroma. Nice baked apple flavour with a little honey. As RorySkywalker has previously pointed out, this is the same % as the Westons British Vintage. So draw your own conclusions based on your levels of cynicism.
