The pour is a highly carbonated slightly hazy deep yellow to golden. The aroma is a smokey and slightly phenolic apple. The taste is a dry and tart apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and slightly bitter and astringent. The finish is a slightly acidic but mostly bitter apple. It is a nicely complex truly dry cider. This was also the 80th D-Day vintage.
