The pour is a hazy amber with medium carbonation. The aroma is sour and phenolic apple. The taste is a semi-dry slightly tart and sour apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with some astringency and bitterness. The finish is a mildly acidic and vinegary note with farmhouse funk. I prefer cleaner ciders.
