Farm School

Deep amber with a nice, bright fruit aroma on initial pour. This is made from a blend of traditional cider apples, but ends up surprisingly low acid. The tannins come through with a big astringent hit, leaving you with a nice pucker for a few seconds, followed by a clean finish. Not as flavorful as I would have expected, but nice nonetheless.
