Quince Cider

Absolutely gorgeous flavor. Excellent balance between apple and quince

Light body and lasting champagne-like bubbles makes for a nice mouthfeel. The quince lends a nice taste, well balanced with the apple. It has a nice bitter bite at the end, which lingers a little too long. Overall a well crafted, dry cider.

Crystal clear light straw colored pour. Light carbonation. Moderate fruity aroma...some apple and some quince. Very nice quince flavor that has light acidity. Light bodied.
