Clear golden pour. Moderate carbonation. Moderate aroma of apples and orchard. Very nice strong apple taste that is juicy and reveals moderate crisp acidity and solid tannins. Dry with just a hint of honey sweetness. Light to medium bodied. Finishes with a nice lingering tannic apple taste.

Quite dry. It’s an interesting apple blend, with enough tannins to give it body and character, and bring some subtle flavors through despite the dryness. They list sugar as an ingredient, though I suspect it’s to get the ABV up to 6.9%, as there really is no discernible sweetness left. If you’re a fan of dry ciders, I do recommend giving this a try if you have the opportunity.
