Clear light golden pour. Moderate carbonation. Moderate apple aroma. Strong fruity apple taste that is moderately tart, semi-dry and lightly tannic. Get citrus, honey and floral notes. Also has a bold and crisp acidity along with a light to moderate bitterness.

This Minnesota cider is made from 10 types of apples, but it’s the bitter ones that come through most on the palette. Strong fruit taste, golden color, minimally carbonated.

Unfiltered, full of flavor. Heirloom is a blend of many apples and it gives it a unique, wonderful flavor.
