Fity Fity

Candied pears on the nose. Hazy appearance. First taste provides a heavy tasting of pear and apple cider vinegar. Very acid forward for a pear cider, which in my experience is usually a sweeter and less dry variety of cider. Share this one with some friends who enjoy a little funk that isn’t quite farmhouse funky! Another great cider from Black Duck, look forward to visiting their cidery soon!
