Essence from Eve's Cidery Wow! Smells of caramel apples and tastes like apple pie and brown sugar. Strong, syrupy texture. Mouthfeel is akin to caramel. Love this first ice cider. Poiré Authentique from Eric Bordelet Tastes like a sweet pear in a bottle. From the nose to the tongue you get delicious pear everywhere. Super smooth initial drink and slight bitterness at the end. Very refreshing cider to bring in spring with! Reviewed on 26 Mar 2019 4 likes

Geneva Tremlett’s from Black Diamond Cider Good fruity notes. Very heavily carbonated. Used with one of the few bittersharp ciders that can stand on its own in the bottle. Floreal from Floreal Cider If you are a fan of funky barnyard ciders this is for you! The cider smells of apples and aged cheese. The initial sip leaves a lingering bitterness on the tongue with notes of cheese, grapefruit, and raw portabello mushroom. Pair this with a cheese plate or a meal of crispy roasted chicken! Summitville from Homestead Locational Cider My first cider from a group who I believe is out of the Hudson valley. This is a very dry cider, and unfiltered for those who like a lot of funk in their cider. In my opinion this is how a cider should taste and feel. Strong hints of apples picked from the ground as soon as they’ve fallen from the orchard with a dash of vinegar. First taste is like biting into a crab apple, the kind where your tongue kind of goes numb and your mouth puckers a bit. Very bitter with a bit of astringency. Definitely looking forward to trying more of Homestead’s ciders in the future. This is a great cider for fans of the weird and funky in the world of cider. Woody from Blackduck Cidery Very non traditional cider aptly named for its time spent in oak barrels. Bitter up front with oak in the middle and a bit of acidity lingering on the tongue. Tastes like you’re eating the bark of an apple orchard. Reviewed on 24 May 2019 2 likes

Fity Fity from Blackduck Cidery Candied pears on the nose. Hazy appearance. First taste provides a heavy tasting of pear and apple cider vinegar. Very acid forward for a pear cider, which in my experience is usually a sweeter and less dry variety of cider. Share this one with some friends who enjoy a little funk that isn’t quite farmhouse funky! Another great cider from Black Duck, look forward to visiting their cidery soon! Sponti from Sundstrom Cider Floral and soft apple notes on the nose. Upfront bitter taste with lots of bubbles. Tastes of dried citrus and apple with a touch of tannin to finish.
