Five Acres has been traditionally crafted over many months and blended using over 20 dozen varieties of apples, pasteurised and lightly carbonated to give a refreshing cider bursting with fruit flavour. Copper coloured, lightly sparkling and clear. Mild funky aroma. Caramel in the flavour with a tannic finish.

A good aftertaste but lacking in initial flavour. Not as deep or rich as their Dabinett.

Light copper colour, with a leather aroma, carrying a hint of funk. Fruity, with caramel tones, leading to a tannic aftertaste, with the caramel reasserting itself in the finish. Very drinkable, and has a nice wee twist in the flavour spectrum, with the bitter edge adding complexity.
