Amber orange colour, slightly hazy and lightly sparkling. Made from apples from a single orchard facing the Polden Hills, hence the name. Back sweetened with apple juice and tjst is the prominent aroma. Fleshy apple flavour, you can taste the Dabinett in there. Tannic finish.
