Copper-coloured, with an aroma of spice and honey, with a light elderflower edge. Fruity, with cinnamon, vanilla, and a mellow elderflower finish. Very much a cider with some elderflower, rather than an elderflower cider. Surprisingly complex, and an enjoyable drink, which defies expectations. A really good dessert cider.
