Lancombe Rising

Orange colour, moderate heavy fizz and heavy carbonation. Nutty aroma. Caramel flavour. Nice tannins but too much fizz for me.

Comes in a 375 ml champagne-style bottle, with significant sediment. Slightly hazy, and orange in colour, this has the typical aroma of a Breton keeved cider. The flavour is also very similar to a Breton keeved cider, with the mellow, nutty, caramel taste, and soft tannins, and natural effervescence. I really enjoyed this, and it is a top class cider, and a worthy representative of the keeving process.
