Made from a blend of cider varieties including Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, and Harry Masters, Gasping Goose is a well-balanced, golden medium bodied craft cider. Pleasant enough, with a slightly tart aftertaste and at 5.8% a perfect session drink Highly recommended

Amber coloured, moderate light fizz and clear. Fresh aroma with orange, leather and a bit of caramel. The flavour has oak and digestive biscuits along with tiny hint of funk.

330ml bottle for $5 at the Schilling Cider House in Seattle. Awesome rich flavor with notes of bittersweet apples, leather, orange, oak, and butterscotch. A bit sweeter than many English ciders (semi-dry to semi-sweet), only minimal bitterness & funk, and quite tannic. One of my favorite English ciders! Similar to Dunkertons Black Fox and Henney's Vintage.

Great Appley nose, medium body, high tannins, light carb and a very funky apple taste. A cool Herefordshire cider.

Pale clear gold colour no fiz (bag in the box). Slightly funky but crisp fruit aroma. Initial sweet flavours slowly over powered by crisp tanic flavours. Really pleasant flavours Bought at the Queen's head Chepstow.

Comes in a 330 ml bottle. Amber-coloured, with leather and biscuit tones in the aroma. Smooth, slightly oily, bittersweet apple flavour, becoming drier and somewhat tannic, with an aftertaste of toast and orange skin. Very drinkable, with a nice flavour profile and complexity.

Very nice farmyard flavor. Strong memories of barns and freshly tilled soil.
