Very bubbly with an aroma more from the ginger and lime than cider. The apples in this cider are honeycrisp, which make for a lighter-bodied cider without much bitterness. When you take a sip, the apple tartness combines with the ginger and lime to give a very sharp strong taste up front and a pretty clean finish. This tastes bone dry, clocking in at 7.1%.
