Gravity Theory

Golden colour, clear with moderate fizz. Made from Michelin, Dabinett & Jersey apple varieties. Aroma of earth and caramel. Crisp apple flavour with wood.

I couldn't decide... I've gone for 3 stars because I don't need to find it or drink it again.... but I am not put off by it. It's a bit on the dry, sharp side for me. I'm sure if I tried one on a warm summer evening my appreciation of it would improve.

A medium-dry sparkling cider made from 100% single estate British apples. Golden in colour, it has a hint of sharpness balanced with a touch of sweetness, at 4.5% a good session drink
