Have 'an' Apple Medium Sweet

Amber colour, with an aroma combining light oak, leather, and sherry tones. Initially sweetish and fruity, becoming drier and somewhat bitter and tannic from the oak in the aftertaste, with a lingering finish, suggestive of an amontillado sherry. Nice complexity and character make this both rewarding and interesting, and an enjoyable, refreshing drink.
