Hidden Star

I was hoping to like this cider, as it was suggested to me as a favorite... however there’s not much to it. It’s watered down... not much taste to it, or much of anything really. Disappointing.

I found very little flavor on this cider.. I would have liked more depth and complexity. This seems watery, little carbonation and low sugar. Not much going on.

A really clean and standard cider with a slight taste of the spy. Very nice.

750ml bottle bought for $17 (although apparently in New York it goes for $12). Fruity, with notes of peach, honey, green apple, pineapple, and mineral. The slightest bit of metallic flavor too, which is odd. I prefer their Old Sin, which was richer, but this was good (although not worth $17 to me).
