Nice apple character without being at all juice-like. Enough tannins to give it good body, with just the right amount of bitterness. Very well made cider, would drink again.

Bought for $20 for a 750ml bottle at Total Wine in WA. Made from McIntosh and Russet apples with a splash of their Ice Harvest cider. 1.5% residual sugar. Scrumptious scent...I actually think it smells slightly better than it tastes, and it tastes amazing. Lovely tannins. I pick up ripe apple, caramel, butterscotch, and tropical notes. Yum!
