Another new local cider, this is from someone who started brewing during Covid. I can taste hops, but they aren't overpowering. The main thing I notice is a thin mouthfeel. Something about it is reminiscent of a white wine like chardonnay. It's not what I am looking for in a cider, but I could see someone else enjoying it on a hot day by the bay.
