This is the second cider I have tried from Shoal Draft and The Solution, a dark and stormy inspired cider, is much more palatable than the hoppy High Tide Haze. This tastes like a ginger beer with a little bit of apple flavor at the end. Very drinkable, but I don't think I would want more than one due to the molasses-y sweetness.
