I was cautious to try this as ginger flavored things can be overwhelming, but I was pleasantly surprised that the ginger does more to enhance the flavor than overpower it. I don’t taste much honey. The cider is semi dry/light sweet and a really good fall time cider.

I'm usually worried about ginger overpowering any other flavors in drinks, but this cider has actually become one of my favorites. the ginger is at just the right amount.

Slightly cloudy straw colored pour. Heavy carbonation. Strong aroma of ginger with a hint of apple. Taste follows the nose with a strong flavor of ginger upfront. This is very nicely balanced with slightly sweet flavors of honey and apple. Light acidity and tartness. Semi-dry. Medium bodied.

This tasted like a mild ginger beer to me. It had a lightly hazy honey colored pour with strong ginger on the nose. There was a light apple flavor following the ginger, but I didn’t taste the honey. It wasn’t bad but not one of the better ginger ciders for me.

This is way too gingery. Can't taste the honey at all. Taste is closer to ginger beer than to your average cider.
