Unfiltered Apple

Cider lite... dry, easy, refreshing when chilled and not too sweet. Would be improved by a little more acid and tannin, maybe even a slice of orange or lime a la Blue Moon. Nothing I didn't like, but not hugely memorable. Late Edit: acid more appreciable when cold.

Cloudy straw colored pour. Heavy carbonation. Light to moderate apple and barnyard aroma. Taste is tangy, moderately tart and lightly tannic with flavors apple, citrus, barnyard, mineral. Moderate to strong acidity. Thin body. Semi-dry.
