Hooty Owl

The pour is a hazy amber with light carbonation. The aroma is phenolic and apple with a touch of BBQ. Oh wait, that’s the ribs I’m having with them. The taste is semi-sweet tart apple with a note of acetic acid.. The mouth feel is medium and the finish is a medium astringency with notes of acid. I like it.

Tried the Hooty Owl and Vintage. Preferred the latter but both nice. Farmhouse cider taste with light fizz. Definitely worth a try.

Amber with light fizz and some haziness. Dry leather aroma. Woody apple flavour. Slightly tangy, rich and soft mouthfeel.

With 'Hooty owl' you get a very well refined craft cider made from a blend of carefully picked apples. It's a dry cider full of a fruity tart flavour with tangy finish. It's strong alcohol characteristic is promanate throughout with its complimentary astringent mouth feel. The pour is a hazy burnt orange colour with a light carbonation and an old aged aroma.

Hazy, brownish-orange, with a leather aroma. Sharp, tangy apple flavour, with light wood and tobacco in the aftertaste. Nice, balanced, drinkable cider, with a basic complexity and a little character to add to a pleasant flavour.
