Vintage Dry

Preferred to their Hooty Owl. Lightly carbonated. Didn’t stay in glass for long.

Amber colour, light fizz and clear. Strong aroma featuring apricot. Plum and wood in the flavour.

Copper colour, with a slightly malty aroma. Fruity flavour, with a little plum and apricot, developing a tannic, somewhat bitter aftertaste, and a woody finish. Complex and unusual flavour profile, but the tannins become too dominant in the aftertaste, reducing the drinkability significantly.
