Huckleberry Lemon

Red pour, surprisingly a dry cider. Very tart front with an acidic lemon taste and some huckleberry flavor coming through after a couple sips. The flavor is solid but it’s a lighter bodied cider and doesn’t really last on the tongue.

Dry, tart and acidic. Notes of lemon are prominent but I struggled to find the huckleberry or any strong apple notes. Not a bad cider, easy to drink and probably very enjoyable on a hot summer day.

Beautiful clear red cider with clear huckleberry flavor accented by lemon. Surprisingly dry. Minimal apple flavor and light body. This is an easy drinker for those who take to the flavor.

The bright-red color was a bit of a tip-off that this might be a fruit punch style cider. But no, it really isn’t. It’s quite dry, and any taste from the huckleberry and lemon is not overpowering at all. However this is quite tart up front, and that’s most of what you get. I think it’s a well-crafted cider, but the juice base just isn’t strong enough to balance the other fruits. It’s too bad, because you get hit with a strong taste up front, but there isn’t enough body to sustain the taste.

Very tart! Lots of lemon pulp flavor with hints of underripe huckleberry. Amazing gorgeous garnet color and a wonderful citrus scent. It lacks a bit of body and seems a bit light after the initial impact though. Pretty decent, but wish it was more deep!
