Indigenous ginger

Maggie says "I would drink this!" It is nice and dry and lacks the syrupy flavor of some ginger ciders. I say- it's nice if you are eating savory foods and has a complex mix of ginger apple with a clean, crisp flavor that does leave an icky or sticky after taste.
