This cider is interesting tasting, and certainly unique. Worth trying if you like to taste the spectrum. But definitely best for sipping, not for a full pint.

Tap pour at Seattle Cider Washington Cider Week 2015 kickoff event. They modeled this cider after Belgian wit-style beer (they used that variety of beer yeast). I’ve previously tried their Ridge. Semi-dry. Smells slightly woody. I didn’t pick up any of the orange peel or coriander they included in this cider, but it was a pretty small taste. I found it very similar to their Ridge, but slightly more sweet, tart, and complex, and slightly less flavorful. I prefer the Ridge, which I found to have more of the woody & earthy notes I enjoy.

I liked this cider. Though I have to say that although it's supposedly made with Coriander and orange peel, I didn't taste those in the overall flavour. Light, sort of hard to pin down flavour.
