Cloudy copper colour, with an aroma of cloves, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Moderate sediment in the bottle. Spice and cooked apple flavours, lingering on the palate, with a slight bitterness in the finish. Less sweet than expected, and more spice than caramel. Nice winter cider, and quite drinkable.
