Yellow coloured, fair bit of fizz and pretty cloudy. Vinegar in the aroma with pomace. Flavour is earthy with vinegar in the finish.

Comes in a 375 ml bottle, with a plastic draw cork, and moderate sediment. Pale yellow, with a burnt toast aroma, carrying a vinegary edge. Burnt toast flavour, with an earthy tone, becoming vinegary in the aftertaste, with a touch of lemon rind in the finish. Quite refreshing for a sour cider, and this would go well with a tapas or antipasti platter (I had it with pimento-stuffed olives and Manchego).

This is a lovely, light cider. Still, earthy and a bit vinegary, but not heavy. Goes with anything. I like it a lot. It's listed as a Basque style cider.

Very strong fruit notes, nose is very appley with hints of wild yeasts which I think yield the sourness as opposed to tartness. Very enjoyable.
