A typical Basque style cider, this is pleasant for what it is. It has a tart green apple finish and the usual bicycle tire rubber smell is not that in your face. It's fine, just not amazing. It probably would go well with the right cheese.

The pour is a cloudy pale yellow with low carbonation. The aroma is apple with some phenolic and sour notes. The taste is a dry sour apple with a salty element. It is quite unusual for my US and English cider palate. The finish is long bitter slightly acidic and sour. It’s not a vinegar sour. I enjoy it for its uniqueness. It has medium mouthfeel and some astringency.

Bright golden pour with no head. Aroma of apple and wood. Slightly tart and dry apple flavor. Low acidity and light to medium body. Finishes with a really nice tart green apple flavor.
