Comes in a 750 ml bottle.
Copper-coloured, with a vanilla aroma, and a faint edge of whisky.
Ripe fruit flavour, with tones of vanilla and caramel, becoming lightly tannic, with subtle whisky flavours, and light smoke in the finish.
Delicately balanced, and so subtle, yet complex, compared to whisky cask ciders from other makers; a great autumn night's cider. Another impressive cider from Caledonian, who are the premier cidery in Scotland from the products I've tasted. I had this with the bare organic oatcakes from Nairn's, and they complemented each other so well.
