Rich, golden colour, with an aroma of oak, wet wool, and a slight, woody funk. Mellow fruitiness, somewhat obscured by the carbonation, developing a light tannic edge and a tart finish. Nice, clean, and sessionable cider, with a good all-round flavour.

Dark amber colour, very clear and nice woody aroma. This is rich and smooth with a tannic aftertaste. Ripe apple flavour with a hint of toffee.
