Jamaica

This is a semi-sweet cider inspired by old world recipes from Mexico. It’s a pink-tinted cider with a floral nose, very aromatic. Lightly carbonated and slightly tart with a clean taste and almost a cherry forward to it. I didn’t get as much hibiscus as I would’ve expected, I can smell it more than I can taste it, but it’s still a great tasting cider.
