Jupiter's Legacy

Crystal clear, golden cider with moderate carbonation and foam on initial pour. Very dry cider with strong apple taste. Named for Jupiter Evans, an enslaved person who bottled cider (“cyber”) for Thomas Jefferson and others at Monticello in the late 18th century.

Clear light gold pour. Moderate carbonation. Moderate to strong apple aroma with a herbal hint. Strong tart and tannic taste. Bold acidity. Some notes of orange and orange rind. Medium bodied.
