Another wonderful cider from Bignose and Beardy of East Sussex. A single batch blend of eaters and cookers, made in 2021. Apparently slow matured which results in a marvellous oaky aroma and taste. A bit too dry for me, but at a healthy 6% well worth a try

Amber coloured, slightly hazy and still. A slow matured blend of cooking and eating apples. Slightly funky cooking apple aroma. Earthy flavour with strong minerals.
