Kingston Black Reserve

Single varietal which I received from Cidrbox. Less intensely flavored than I was expecting, and really thin/wattery, but it became more flavorful and I enjoyed it more as it warmed up to room temperature. Notes of cider apple, caramel, brown sugar, lemon, and green apple.

Clear golden pour. Still. Strong nose of wild apple and tannin. Full bodied and smooth. Taste is bold with with a moderate to strong apple flavor that is lightly tart and bitter and moderately tannic and acidic.
