Semi Dry

Lovely cider! Slight bitterness, advertised as semi-dry but we thought it was pretty dry. Easy to drink. Yellow in color, medium bodied.

One of the best ciders I had this month! Great apple flavor and a good amount of carbonation as I usually prefer.

I received this from Cidrbox. Notes of caramelized sugar, apple skin, brown sugar, and lemon. The richness and flavor increased as it warmed to room temperature, so I really should have just skipped chilling it. My favorite from their line-up so far as it was more flavorful, likely as it had some actual residual sugar content.
