The pour is a cloudy pale greenish yellow with low effervescence (still). The aroma is sweet herb (sage) with hints of sour. The taste is a dry sour sage. The mouthfeel is light and watery. The finish is medium slightly acidic sour. The first taste was. Not enjoyable. It got better with each drink but it’s not one I like.
